Life Choices empowers women and families in Poway, CA, and throughout San Diego County who are facing unexpected pregnancies. Our mission is to provide accurate information, free services, and compassionate support so clients can make confident, informed decisions for themselves and their future. With a holistic approach, we give every client the care, attention, and encouragement they deserve, serving both our Poway neighbors and surrounding communities with the same commitment to care.
Years of Operation
Life Choices has been serving the Poway and San Diego communities since 1985. For nearly four decades, we have walked alongside thousands of women and families during some of the most important and challenging seasons of their lives.
Medical License & Certifications
While we are a non-medical organization, our team includes an AACC/IBCC certified peer counselor who is trained to walk alongside clients with compassion and professionalism. We focus on providing evidence-based information, emotional support, and practical resources in a safe and confidential setting.
Cost of Services
All of our services are 100% free of charge. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit in the state of California, Life Choices is fully funded by generous individuals, businesses, and community partners. Because of this support, every client can access care without cost or insurance requirements.
