5th Annual Fund Raising Banquet

25th Anniversary Celebration

Our 5th Annual Banquet was enjoyed by all. Many smiles and fellowship of pro-lifer’s (as Abby Johnson calls us) electrified the room with commitment and advocacy. The Doubletree Golf Resort was an excellent venue with impeccable food (the tiramisu is my favorite) and service.

The center was recognized for 25 years of outstanding community service by two of our California Officials. California State Senator Joel Anderson. District 36, and Congressman Duncan Hunter. We were presented with Certificates of Recognition from both offices. Thank you for the encouragement and acknowledgement to both Joel Anderson and Duncan Hunter!

As part of our 25th Anniversary celebration, our large stage was filled with 20 Life Choices families. Beautiful babies, and children and moms and dads with smiling faces received a standing ovation. Three of our brave moms spoke to our guests (with over 600 eyes staring) with difficult stories of how Life Choices changed their lives and gave them unconditional love and hope for the future.Our Emcee, Mark Larson, Program Director & Morning Show Host KCBQ 1170AM & KPRZ AM, created seamless transitions with eloquence, and our main speaker, Abby Johnson, former director and employee of the year for Planned Parenthood, was a hit with her truth and humor. Abby explained that has never felt “proud” of what she did before, until she devoted herself the pro-choice movement. And we are glad she is!
 

Baby Bottle Drive

Local churches, community groups and youth organizations are encouraged to support Life Choices Pregnancy Center by distributing baby bottles and inviting members to contribute donations by filling the bottles with change, cash or checks. This is a wonderful project for all ages to support the protection of the unborn in a very real way.
